Bayview Hunters Point Community Catalyst Grant Program

Powered by The Providence Foundation

At The Providence Foundation, we believe in providing protective care to our community—a vision rooted in our name. Since our inception, we have been dedicated to uplifting Bayview Hunters Point, a neighborhood rich in history, resilience, and potential. By empowering local changemakers, we strive to address pressing needs and create lasting impact.

The Bayview Hunters Point Community Catalyst Grant Program embodies this mission by offering resources to kickstart transformative projects within Bayview Hunters Point. We understand the unique challenges our community faces, from affordable housing and environmental health to economic development and cultural preservation. This program seeks to turn vision into action by funding ideas that directly address these areas of need.

Through small, meaningful grants, we aim to support grassroots efforts that make a measurable difference. Whether it’s creating safe spaces for youth, increasing access to healthy food, or preserving the cultural heritage of our community, we look for initiatives that inspire change and improve lives.

Our ultimate goal? Impact. We believe in funding projects that can demonstrate tangible progress through clear metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). From project inception to completion, we partner with community leaders to ensure that their efforts leave a lasting legacy.

Together, we are building a stronger Bayview Hunters Point—a community where every resident feels supported, heard, and empowered.
